DELIVERY
Your S-Box™ product should reach you in perfect condition. Please notify us of any damage in transit immediately, or by no later than 3 working days from its delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with the product, or it is not required for any reason, it may be returned within your Consumer Rights within 28 days of purchase. Please contact the seller/supplier from whom it was purchased. Following the return of the product, and subject to a satisfactory inspection of its condition, a full refund will be given. The cost of return carriage will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
No refund will be permitted beyond the 28 days above, except under the performance and quality warrantee terms of the manufacturer (Cardinal Innovations Ltd).
